Sophia was born in Paris and grew up in her mother's studio. Her first exhibitions coincided with her law studies. After working in Human Resource Management and Communication, she decided in 2006 to devote herself to Art. Her paintings are yearly exhibited in Canada, Paris and Luxembourg and belong to private collections in many countries. Her works are officially listed by the French Institute Drouot Cotation (Paris) and in Canada (Quebec).
Sophia organized art workshops for schools and art based professional trainings for companies.
