The plastic world of José Miguel Pérez Hernández catches the unmistakable rhythm and the high color of Cuba. There is in the paintings of José Miguel Pérez Hernández a cheerful vital force that proposed to give us the nature to full hands, but not with that regularity that we would call realism, but to the way of a spout that he wants to transform everything into painting.
From there its elaboration, its colors, its light. Everything has the time of the immediate. Its compositions separates of every complexity, they are resolved in few directions.
