Alexander Perrelli was born in San Francisco, CA, in 1984. His career as a photographer began in high school and continued to college as he attended the School of Visual Arts in New York, NY to receive a BFA in Photography. After graduation in 2007, he began work as an archivist and research assistant for the rare book dealer and 19th century photography collector named Stephen Lowenthiel. In 2009 Alexander began assisting the photographer Carlo M Fulcis for Brooks Brothers. That year he also began developing a children’s’ clothing line, planning to launch fall, 2012. Currently Alexander lives and works in Brooklyn, NY, shooting for Cynthia Rowley, assisting multiple photographers and pushing his skills and experience in fine art and fashion photography, musicianship and a budding business.
