Davit Mirzoyan was born in 1961 in Yerevan, Armenia.
Davit Mirzoyan is a professional artist trained in the best traditions of Western Art. He earned his BFA in Armenia in 1983, from the Department of Art and Design of the Armenian State Pedagogical University, benefiting from a rich and diverse academic program comprised of Western European and Russian academic and impressionistic painting and drawing. In 1989 he was among very few to become a member of the Alliance of Young Artists and Art Critics at the Union of Artists of Armenian SSR and the USSR, the most prestigious organization of artists in the country in its time. Shortly after expositions of his works in Belgium, he received international recognition and was accepted as a member of the Royal Art Society St.-Lucas Guild of Belgium in 1998.
Davit Mirzoyan earned his MFA degree in America at Brigham Young University in 2004. He was a notable participant of many juried shows and exhibitions.
Davit Mirzoyan’s original works are in collections of state establishments in Armenia and private collectors in Armenia, Belgium and the United States of America.

Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from the Department of Art and Design of the Armenian State Pedagogical University, Yerevan Armenia (June 1983).
Studied academic painting and drawing, sculpture and design.
