I love colour, texture and the slight abstraction of landscapes. I started my art career drawing horses at the age of 4, and graduated to Life Drawing in France, and then studied the Nicolaides drawing technique in Ottawa, followed by studying portrait painting at the Ottawa School of Art.
My muses have been Van Gogh, Raphael,Canadian artists,
the Group of Seven and Emily Carr.
I have taught in Australia, Switzerland and Ottawa and shown in several galleries in Oshawa, Ottawa, Toronto,and Florence.
