Having lived all over the U.S.and Japan, she has developed her original style of work with the influences of both cultures.

Boston Globe- Pick of the day.
These are oil paintings of Zion Park. The size is 30" x 40". I have always wanted to paint heroic subjects and Zion was perfect fo my purpose. I spent a year painting 6 major Zion paintings and several offshoots in smaller sizes.

As the sun sets, the rocks take on an unearthly glow. Oil, 30" x 40"
In the bottom of the valley in Zion, make you look up at the splendor of rocks sculpted by wind and water. It looked like a cathedral.
This painting looks through the valley at the Virgin River and the reflections to be found there.
This portfolio contains all pastel paintings. Pastel painting is to me one of the most freeing forms of painting. Color flows easily. Forms take shape effortlessly to me. I almost feel it is like flying.
This is an image of Sky, sea and sand with some human involvement. Diagonals streak across the paper and I am happy.
Walking along the trail to Quoddy Head State Park in Maine, the trail suddenly has steps to climb, but the light is glorius and so we do. The size is 19" X 25"
Lying in a meadow on Cape Cod, A turquoise boat is left. The grasses are growing around the boat, and as it is autumn, they turn a beautiful scarlet color.

In Andalucia Spain, the mountains stop the clouds and sunflowers unfold gloriusly in the sun. The size is 19" x 25"
