Carlos Lopez
Photographer graduate of the Institute of Communication and Design Toulouse Lautrec in 2000. With over eleven years practicing photography, he developed his role in the daily newspaper La Republica and its magazine Domingo. As part of the staff photographers from Carnival Cruise Line in the U.S., took advantage of the constant travel and landings to start personal photo projects that continues to develop until today. Currently, he works as a freelance photographer in Czech Republic, where it is established since 2008. His work focuses primarily on the exploration of portraiture and abstraction.

The Project Ground pollution is based in a personal quest for a self-discovering and understanding. Trough pictures of the ground I look for representing and showing my anxiety, fears and doubts. The ground in this case is more than a subject if not a mirror.
