Location: United States
I received my art education from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in 1975, and from Louisiana State University with a Masters of Fine Arts in 1977.
I consider myself a contermporary realist and like working with freehand airbrush for the photographich "soft edge" quality of the media. I also enjoy the use of graphite, pastel and colored pencil.
My art is a reflection of my life in southern Louisiana and of my career as a professional police officer and S.W.A.T. team commander. I'm especially fond of local Mardi Gras, Buddhist festivities, and Native American powwows.
