ARTIST STATEMENT
As a representational painter, I enjoy capturing the quiet, simple and peaceful moments of daily life. These captured glimpses represent daily habits, quiet corners, favorite places, warm meals and touching moments that invite the viewer to pause. Many of these moments, places and familiar objects are common ground in all human experience. It is my intent to bring the viewer into a contemplative pause that brings peace, restoration and renewal to the soul of the viewer.
