I spent my entire career as a master diamond, setter and model maker, jeweler with companies, like Tiffany’s, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels

I retired from making fabulous gem incrusted gems for two years now. I always wanted to see if my artistic skills with Jewelry manufacturing could actually open doors for me and in the oil painting world. I don’t know how you would classify my art other than bright colors, and trying my best to portray the magnificent of Gods creation. On my 65th birthday I came down with CV19 and a week later diagnosed with stage, four prostate cancer. Doctor gave me six months to live, explaining that the cancer has metastasized throughout my body. I proclaim to him that Jesus told us through the Bible that we are healed by his stripes. Not going to be not will be, but are healed. I decided last October that I’m not just gonna sit around here and do nothing during my retirement so I decided to embark on a mission to see if I have any talent to do oil painting. My paintings don’t look much like what I use as my landscape examples but everybody seems to love them. I actually sold a couple right off of Facebook to my friends and family. Period. I painted about 30 paintings and gave away 5.
