My name is Stephanie (Stephanika) Danielsen. I'm 38 years old. I work as an art therapist and coach, among other things, and I've been painting since I was a child. Since the death of my beloved mother last year, I've been seeing and painting the souls of deceased people and animals, as a kind of final, immortal portrait. My paintings provide strength and comfort in times of grief and, at the same time, offer hope that death is not the end; we merely change our form.
In my portfolio, I show some of the soul paintings I've already painted. Each one is as unique as the soul I was able to paint.
What you see here is the portrait of the powerful, old soul of a middle-aged man who died in a car accident.
Image of the reunited souls of a mother and her baby. Both died during childbirth.
Portrait of the soul of a young girl who died after a long illness
Portrait of the soul of an 82-year-old woman who died from the consequences of her dementia.
Portrait of the soul of a Jack Russell Terrier who had to be put down due to many illnesses.
