I have a background in graphic design and a passion for lettering. This comes across in my personal art. I work intuitively and never plan a painting. Through music and meditation, I let the images come to me. My work is a representation of my inner landscapes. The language of my art is strongly influenced by the present moment.

As this world is changing, openness and sharing have become more and more important. We have to start with ourselves from the inside: finding our truth and living it. I believe everyone has to use their resources the best way they can. I believe that art can give hope and healing.

Sissel is educated at Art Center College of Design in Switzerland and Los Angeles.She has attended several courses at Nydalen Art school as well as a calligraphy course w/ Brody Neuenschwander.

Her exhibits range from Agora Gallery in New York to several independent exhibits in Norway.
