Şahin Latifeci is an interdisciplinary climate advocate artist living in Turkey. Şahin holds a bachelor's degree in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Akdeniz University and a master's degree in Art and Design from Yıldız Technical University. His practices encompass performance, installation, photography, and video, responding to powers that threaten nature through art while exploring the concept of ecology. Latifeci focuses on the concepts of ecology and memory in his works, producing performances and videos. He held his first solo exhibition in 2023 in Antalya. Recently, Latifeci participated in the "Metr Cube" exhibition in Istanbul (2024), "Explora" in Rome (2023), "Waste to Create" in New Delhi (2022), and "Return to Gaia" (2021)
