Monique Jarry graduated from L’École des Beaux Art de Montréal. Her works are as she says a pictorial diary, a social comment, of her life, and the plight of human beings in general. Imaginative and colourful her works are an invitation to meditate on the condition of women and men with humour, sarcasm, irony, sadness but always tainted with hope. Her writings on art complement her pictorial works and give you an insight on what an artist may think of are world through her eyes.
