In 1972 I moved to California and became a licensed street artist for the City of San Francisco; "Artist in Residence" for the City of San Leandro; and a partner in Darcy & Gardiner Advertising.

After moving to Hawaii 1977, I worked as an Art Director, Creative Director, and Marketing Director for Honolulu Publishing Company in Honolulu. Afterwards I became involved in providing online content for visitors to Hawaii, working for CompuServe, About.com, and Hawaii Link web sites.

I'm presently the owner of Pavelle Fine Art, in Marina, California, creating digital fine art prints of California's Central Coast and beyond.
