Versatile Artist with a growing portfolio. I started acrylic painting on an invitation from a friend during COVID. To my own surprise and delight, the paintings were good. I've continued to expanded and grow artistically since those days.
I enjoy abstract artwork that allows me to express myself though spontaneity, yet with some structure and poise. My creative process stems from what inspires me. I love adding texture, mediums, in an array of vivid colors together that add depth to each piece, with a bit of open interpretation. Pulling from a variety of influences like, beach visits in the Hampton's, Mediterranean/Middle Eastern expressions, some envisioned as abstract city scapes. Then there is also my love for Music and its various instruments. My goal with each of my paintings is to have fun...all the while storytelling through my Art!

Within this Abstract painting I have aspired to portray the mystifying expanse of the universe. The blackness evokes the presence of dark matter, an unseen force shaping the cosmos. Streaks of yellow and red, suggest motion and cosmic rays, stellar formations that all mimic the distant stars scattered across the vastness of space. It’s pallet, infused on canvas with the direct sands from the South Hampton's shoreline intermixed within the paint creating a texture that represents sand between the toes. The sun and moon show themselves it seems so quickly, as the time goes by.
Road D beach-way illustrated here, one end leads off, another leads over a slight hill to the sands of the sea and the turbulent froth of the oceans welcoming serenity. As we would bask in the warmth of the glistening sunlight, while our dog walked all around us, we would look back over the hill and see a glimpse of a house that was just the perfect spot from our water-play.
