My inspiration for my work comes from who and what’s around me. I’m a fan of natural beauty: Afro origin women are unique and exotic and timeless muses. No filters just flat out raw, authentic and captivating. I’m also love color and coming from a vibrant culture as Trinidad and Tobago, color adds to my interpretations. I’m an expressionist. It took me sometime to realize that but I had to understand and truly go back and research the influences of that style to get to the core of myself as a painter.
