Colored Pencil has long been considered the tool of the school aged child, but as a member of the Colored Pencil Society of America (CPSA), I strive to show the true diversity and power of this simple implement. Using divers supports such as paper and drafting film, I create compelling artwork that leaves the viewer questioning if my works are paintings or drawings. I love using color, light, natural, and man-made items to create what I like to call distorted works of art. These pieces allow the viewer to create his or her own narrative from my point of view.
