Ingerid Opstelten works and lives in the Netherlands. The last two years she is working with plastic and cellotape, and makes real looking persons with this material. She is intending to make a Great public for the art. She did several expositions with this work.
Further more she like to use light or video in her work. In this way she can tell little story's with the works.
