Naked and Not Afraid was created 2018 Battle of The Beadsmith international contest. I fell in love with elephants as a little girl and felt emotionally connected to them. Their size, and prestige and their love for family has always touched me. She is running and her eyes portray fear but not afraid. This piece is dimensional and many seed beads were used along with various shapes of Czech beads. All embroidered and created as if she was moving
