…One morning I woke up with the desire to paint my sculptures, to give them an additional dimension, a life of their own, to write on them, to illuminate them with my images, with my inner world.
They are my painted sculptures, they are my sculpted paintings.
They have a kind of truth, a direct language, things you can discover slowly, day after day, by looking at them and discovering another word, another image…. They are real, they tell the truth.
