MY TRIBUTE TO ICONIC LEGENDS by Marco Sacchi

I grew up in Milan, Italy one of the world’s most inspirational artistic centers.

I attended the Instituto Europeo di Design in the center of Milan that helped shape and focus his passion and talent for great art design and photography. I started working with his mentor Herb Ritts who brought me to the USA where he worked from 1987 to 1989.

I'm a Los Angeles & Milan based works with such talent and celebrities across the world such as Nicolas Cage, Kylie Minogue, Tatjana Patitz. Kristy Hinze, Mickey Rourke, Matt Le Blanc and Heather Graham. His work has graced the pages & covers of Vogue, Elle & GQ. Clients include Pantene, Schwartzkopf, Neutrogena & Barcardi.

I produce Multi Media Art works fusing historic pop imagery, a hybrid of photography, pop art and graffiti.

Working primarily with layers of screen print and stenciled images, his compositions are emblematic of a graffiti wall inundated with 20th century iconography. Words and lyrics cascade from the artworks that invoke a time capsule of the 20th century icons and artist such as Obama, Jimi Hendrix, Prince and David Bowie. All artworks are signed by Me.
