ART GALLERY OFFERS LOWER ENTRY FEES FOR ART STUDENTS

posted by John R Math

Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery (LST) is very excited to announce that they now offer lower entry fees for college art students, starting as low as $4.00 per entry. To qualify for the lower entry fees any student, age 18+ who enters the gallery’s art competitions must have an .EDU extension for their email address submission account. The gallery has set the student entry fees at $10.00 for up to 2 entries and $20.00 for up to 5 entries. The lower entry fee equals a savings of 33% and 25% respectively over the gallery’s regular entry fees. The lower entry fees should make it easier and more affordable for art students to enter and participate in our online art competitions. The gallery will be making the new art student entry fees effectively immediately with the gallery’s 7th Annual “All Women” Online Art Competition.

COMPUSTER

posted by Marco Guglielmi

ComPUSter is the new artistic work of Marco Guglielmi – ReImmortal. It’s a set of six works (not merely sculptures, but “Creatures”) going separately or together. ComPUSter implements the decomposition of both organic and mechanical matter, showing at the same time the obsolescence of materials and the obsolescence of minds, ideas and cultures. Old computers and proto-industrial machines joins the brand new computers in the same destiny: the inevitability of decline and oblivion. The language is between conceptual and “arte povera”, mixed with video and performing art. The importance of working on the body, the integration of organic animal materials (such as mice or oxen brains under resin) together with the use of new media expand the concept of ready-made to new and unexplored horizons.

BEDIFFERENT ART SHOW: "A NEW KIND OF BEAUTY. CHE FORMA HA LA BELLEZZA"?

posted by Marco Guglielmi

BeDifferent Art Show is going to open in the ancient Church of Misericordia, during the finissage of Venezia Biennale. BeDifferent is dedicated to emerging and divergent arts. This year’s theme is: "A New Kind of Beauty”. Personal exhibitions: Marco Guglielmi (Reimmortal) and Re.Mi. Irreverent and politically incorrect, Marco Guglielmi is a conceptual artist giving life to amazing installations between sculpture, video and performing art. https://www.11hellheaven.org/re-immortal/ Re. Mi. died in 2011. He is an outsider – in art and in life - who was able to embody a new form of beauty through a bizarre and macabre hyperpsychic painting. https://www.11hellheaven.org/re-mi/ Chiesa dell’Abbazia della Misericordia Venezia. 18 to 22 november 2017 https://www.bedifferent.live
