I have always thought that this self Portrait is a suitable likeness to moi I put this painting in the Mosman Council Annual Local Artist's Exhibition A Mosman Council Employee took my photo next to this exhibited painting within a couple of minutes of me arriving at the Gallery I would like to post my photo in comparison to this artwork so the comparison can be observed

I was excited to receive from Artavita an Honorable Mention for my painting "Betty Boop and Me".
A creative person is doomed to be an outcast in our world. He looks in future and sees that the others don't see. He creates future by his creativity. He is not one of the many. He is the unique. A mob doesn't like the uniques. They speak furiously: "If you are not with us you are against us". They hate him for his talent. They turn him into a pariah. They kill him. And next they deplore deeply and erect a monument to him. Because he is no longer a threat to them. I am a Russian professional artist and I am a woman. In our modern world, these concepts are hardly compatible. Besides, I am a very talented artist. I love my work. I can not imagine myself in the role of housewife.
