I am thrilled to invite you to the exhibit: "Woman and Water: Concerning Water", at the Phipps Center for The Arts, in Hudson, WIsconsin. The show runs from June 15th through July 22 and it is the fourth show related to the "Woman and Water Rights: Rivers of Regeneration Project". I am proud to be part of this group of national and international artists who are investigating water rights as the subject and material of their work. “Meditazioni” An exhibit featuring new paintings by Ruth Ilg will be on display during the month of June 2012 at the Asheville Gallery of Art, Ltd., 16 College Street at Pritchard Park, Asheville, North Carolina. A Reception for the Artist will be held on Friday, June 1st , 2012 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Gallery. The public is cordially invited. Philip Muzi Branch, a Native of Richmond, Virginia, received both his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and his Master of Art Education degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. His award winning paintings have been exhibited at The Black History Museum and Cultural Center of Virginia, PANAFEST, Ghana, West Africa, The Banneker Douglass Museum, Annapolis, Maryland and The Daura Gallery. His work is included in the collections of SunTrust Bank, Richmond Community Hospital, Lynchburg College, Medical College of Virginia and First Market Bank.
