I am having a bit of visual fun here. Is this a true reflection or another dimension? For me, it does evoke the rich tapestry of the forest trail I walk beside a creek which changes with the seasons. You, of course, are welcome to evoke your own experiences.
Ruins, old buildings and vintage photos are some of the things that tweak my creative energies. When I wander through a historical site my imagination takes flight wondering who might have lived, worked, played, loved in the now silent buildings and streets. I often find the silence "thundering" as breezes animate fragments of the remains of those who are now gone. In this work, I'm evoking the feeling that the essence of beings quietly float in the present ruins. The viewer, of course, is welcome to make a personal story.
