After Woman of Mystery that I painted from a series of photos I took of a friend, I painted this fantasy horse from imagination. I've done many classic horse paintings but this is the first that was rather 'out there'.
I started out working pen & India ink on white stretched canvas for 7 years. I still do that but expanded long ago to color in all mediums. Sometimes I get on a tangent and blast off. This series is what I call my 'purple phase'
