Kathy Park

Kathy Park is a painter who was born in Seoul, Korea and grew up developing her love for the arts training in visual arts and music as a young girl. After she immigrated to the States, with her rich cultural background and experiences, she furthered her discipline and training in art studying painting/drawing at Tyler, School of the Art, Temple University, PA.
Greatly influenced by her faith in Christianity and challenges through difficulties in life, the works she produces often appear as a poetic personal journey to rediscover her identity reflected on the truth.
Although she worked on various areas of art such as digital art, illustration, stage props and teaching, her main focus has been painting. Her works have been included in a several group shows/competitions. Currently, she is working on her own art while she works as an art instructor at Art Studio Pillar, Corona, CA.
