Lidia Kenig Scher is an award-winning mixed media artist and
transformational catalyst. Her works are
installed in the homes and businesses of successful people, many of whom claim
that the art emits a vibration capable of positively affecting their lives and
the interiors where the art is installed.
The art is channeled and conceived as a tool of spiritual growth, to
become powerful meditational tools for those who own them, and to vibrationally
affect the space where they are installed.
Kenig Scher earned an MSAE degree from the Massachusetts
College of Art and a MFA diploma in Sculpture and Higher Education from the
National School of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires, Argentina. An experienced and
respected teacher, Lidia was the Curriculum Facilitator for the first Arts
Magnet School in Lowell, MA, later adjunct professor in art education at the
University of Massachusetts in Lowell, MA, and the art director for the Acton,
MA and Acton Boxborough Regional Schools, followed by a 38 year career as the
owner and principal designer of L.A.S Associates, an interior and architectural
firm dedicated to creating optimal commercial and residential interiors guided
by Feng Shui principles. She also teaches online art classes, in her studio and
at local venues in the USA and writes a monthly blog focused on the creative
process and its connection to spiritual growth leading to living a creative
life.
Contemporary mixed media paintings, sculptures and murals,
channeled and conceived as meditational tools for spiritual and emotional
growth. Surfaces are brilliant, colorful and sometimes reflective created by
Lidia Kenig Scher to establish a multi-sensory healing connection.
