Janet's new "Gold Series" is focused on the light. While gold has many connotations, overall it's conveyed as a positive force that exudes warmth, positivity and ultimately uplifts the viewer. Paintings are covered with texture, primarily with gold metallic paint and accented by white pearlized paint strokes with swirling swooshes.
