Questo materiale povero è sempre stato anche l’ultima preziosa dimora di chi non ha più nulla e vive ai margini della società. Il cartone (ri)assume il senso di fragilità di queste persone sospese tra la vita e la morte.
A new series of works dedicated to the thousands of migrants fleeing war and hunger. The works are made by hand with dry pastels on the surface of recycled packaging cartons. This poor material has always been the last precious home of those who have nothing left and live on the margins of society. The cardboard (ri) takes on the sense of fragility of these people suspended between life and death.
