IMAGINE

posted by Natalie Schwarz

Imagine' is a work of art with many different techniques and materials. The round canvas is first primed with silver metal, on top of which acrylic paints (spatulaed, brushed and poured) are applied. s. On the right side you can see additional alcohol inks, which have been finished with a thick layer of epoxy resin. This resin, however, does not cover the whole picture, but is distributed rather 'patch-like' in the right half. Thus it immediately forms the focus and shines when you walk past the work. The two sides are connected by another mixed media element: a chain, which has been refined in certain places with struck gold. Overall, it appeals to the human imagination. What can you imagine? Dream big for it will be reflected in your life.
