FINCHLEY STYLIZED

posted by Michael J Duke

I have had the pleasure of exhibiting at the Phoenix Cinema - London's oldest independent cinema which is also a gallery and cafe. My exhibition was of the various happenings and life in the locality that I have captured with my camera and worked on to artistic effect. This was the first exhibition I have had showcasing this particular style of photographic treatment - and now I can guage how to move forward to my next project

HOW DO I DO IT (2)

posted by Victor Ovsyannikov

I've said before, it is important to be able to find a new object for each individual painting technique and performance style. To do this, you need to be able to draw in different techniques of painting. Even very experienced artist in each new picture is obliged to improve their style and every time to surprise the viewer ... Today I will show it on examples of nudes. 1. Garden temptations. Acrylic. 2. The Three Graces. Watercolor. 3. Model. Watercolor. 4. Woman. Acrylic. 5. Anatomy of nudism. Watercolor. Liking and opinions send: vao47@mail.ru

SCULPTURAL SACRED GEOMETRY

posted by Ilse Ortiz de Manzanares

As I entered through sculpture the world of Sacred Geometry, I begin to see as never before the wonderfully patterned beauty of Creation. Working and shaping these codes allowed me to gaze directly at the lines on the face of deep wisdom, hoping I could offer through my artworks a glimpse into the inner workings of the Universal Mind and the Universe itself. Sacred Geometry takes on another whole level of significance when grounded in the experience of self-awareness, through sculpture. Sacred Geometry has been a gateway to a new awareness of the world in my life and so I thought I should put together something special for you. Each of these sculptures represent ancient spiritual symbols merged to help bring earth-based mystical significance to present times. They also convey a broader principle than words can explain.
